The JCE registration books, indicate that 2,845,371 Dominicans have their same polling stations; 536,213 changed their voting stations within the same city and 475,838 did the same thing but in other cities.

Regarding the survey of Dominicans who live overseas, the numbers of the JCE stress that 130,847 have obtained the new identity document. Taking into consideration the master list of cédulas composed of 7,373,568, only 1.3 million persons still need to obtain the official document.
