Killers were taken to the place by a woman

SANTO DOMINGO. Three men stabbed and killed artist Jose Carlos Hernandez in the dawn hours of yesterday morning. Hernandez was the son of the departed merengue singer Jochy Hernandez and the television host Maria del Carmen Hernandez.
The different versions relate that a woman confused Hernandez with one of her alleged rapists and arrived at the Gustavo Live Pub discotheque, located on Winston Churchill Avenue at the corner of Jose Amado Soler, with three men who went after the victim with knives.
A source at the National Institute of Forensic Pathology said that Hernandez received at least 27 stab wounds.
Yesterday the National Police presented Maximo Almanzar, Garcia, Miguel Angel Batista and Joseías Mota as the alleged perpetrators of the killing, but nevertheless, they did not reveal the name of the young woman that had contracted these three men that killed the artist.
The discotheque was hosting a rock concert, and Hernandez was a fan of that music, taking part as a spectator. Jose Carlos was a drummer of the rock group Exsanguination Throne with whom he took part in concerts in Argentina and around the world. He lived in Argentina and had arrived in the Dominican Republic on vacation barely five days ago, said his relatives.
His remains are at the Blandino Funeral Home on Abraham Lincoln Avenue.
According to a Police report, Ricart Arzeno, who was wounded, said that his assailants went after him as soon as they arrived at the discotheque, causing the deadly wounds to Jose Carlos and the wound that he had.
The Police report said that Ricart Arzeno explained that although he had seen the persons that attacked him at other concerts and had exchanged words with them, they had never had any problems.
Ricart Arzeno is being interrogated in the Department of Homicide Investigations, after being treated and released from the Marcelino Velez Santana Hospital. He only has a knife wound in his left shoulder.
In the meantime, the investigative process sees the officers interrogating the woman that was at the scene, and that is providing information regarding the circumstances in which the incident occurred.
The woman said that a month ago she was raped by two men that she identified as El Brujo and el Chileno, who were present in the concert, a situation that might have been the spark that caused the incident, in the middle of which Jose Carlos and Ricart Arzeno were stabbed.
