Prices of diesel, LPG, Avtur, and kerosene go down
SD. The Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MIC) lowered the prices of fossil fuels, except gasoline and natural gas, whose prices were the same as this week.
So, starting on Saturday, premium Diesel will be sold at the pumps at RD$219.80 a gallon and regular will cost RD$213.10, a RD$2.00 drop in each case.
Liquid Petroleum Gas (Propane or LPG) will cost RD$98.78, a peso less.
At the same time, premium gasoline will continue at RD$250.70 and regular at RD$230.70. Natural gas will continue to cost RD$30.50 per cubic meter, the same price as this week.
Avtur (Aviation turbine fuel) will sell for RD$162.43, a reduction of RD$2.00. Kerosene will cost RD$202.20, a reduction of RD$2.20 and Fuel Oil will be sold ford$144.17, a reduction of RD$1.50.
The average exchange rate was kept at RD$41.14.
