With regard to the makeup of the Coordinating Logistical Offices Overseas (OCL he), this is found in the calendar of administrative activities pending execution, since the last decision of the plenary, concerning the suspension of the restructuring of the election boards, also affects the composition of these offices, until the current political reorganization which affects the political parties relating to pacts and alliances.
