This concerns the clients that were switched without their consent
SD. After confirming the fraudulent transfer of members to the Contributive Regimen of the Family Health Insurance (SFS) that were transferred from the Health Risk Administrator (ARS) without their consent, the Superintendency of Health and Labor Risks (Sisalril) ordered that they could choose freely the entity of their preference, by means of a procedure that the Treasury of Social Security (TSS) will prepare for this purpose.

The letter says that in spite of that repeated fines imposed by Sisalril for this violation, the practice persists, so that it will proceed to reverse the affiliations towards the ARS which are elected by the employees.
The letter consigns that the regulatory entity will return all the per capita payments that the ARS had received in defect in order to register them in favor of the companies that the members that were victims of the fraud so choose.
