Two shotguns stolen from Cibao Central Police offices

SANTIAGO. Unknown persons stole two shotguns from the armory of the Central Cibao Regional Command, located at the headquarters on Bartolome Colon Avenue in Santiago.

Regarding the robbery the Brigadier General Francisco Romer Lopez reported that they are investigating the case in order to establish responsibilities.

General Lopez did not say whether there were any police agenst under detention or how they removed the weapons from the police precinct.

On other occasion, at the same Regional Central Cibao Command of the National Police they have taken motor vehicles such as mopeds and cars.
